SIGHT: HOW ACHIEVERS PERCEIVE THINGS

In the previous epistle(The secret behind Great accomplishments), I explained the concept of vision and how that vision is the major secret behind every great accomplishment(you can read it up if you haven't). However, I stated that in the process of getting the right vision, the achiever needs to have available to him, four different kinds of sights. This writeup is to show you what those sights are so that you too can equip yourself with them on your path to becoming the achiever.

THE EYE-SIGHT
This kind of sight is important to the visionary, you cannot afford to lose them. This sight is not talking about just seeing with you eyes, rather, it is a sight that allows the visionary to know what is happening around him. A visionary with this kind of sight is said to be aware of what is going on around him. He is not having the mindset of yesteryears in the present years. Simply put, he is abrazed with current facts and thus he is very informed in the present.

THE HIND-SIGHT
It is a gained by taking a look into the past. History mostly do find a way of repeating itself,so much so, that when you intrinsically study history, you can predict to a great extent what the turn of future events can be. Looking at the way things were in the past can give the visioneer a hint of what the future would likely be. Reading is thus encouraged as a part of the constituent of this sight because, through books, documented history can be studied.




FORESIGHT
This is simply having a view of what is in the future. A visionary should be able to see things before they happen. This is what some think is all there is to creating a vision. It really is the most important sight in vision creation for achievers. With this sight, you are able to see afar off into the realms of possibilities. This sight is the achiever's focus during trying time, it keeps you going. It is the sight that places a man several years ahead of his contemporaries. It is this sight that creates faith for an invincible future(though visible to the visionary) and then makes the visionary plan ahead of such future.

INSIGHT
This refers to the ability of the visionary to see inside, gaining a view into the invincible. With this vision, you can see what others are not seeing. It is to have an intrinsic knowledge of what make things happen the way they do. It involves having an inward picture for the reasons why certain patterns are to be expected. This sight protects the visionary against avoidable loopholes in the accomplishment of the vision.
The combination of these sights will help you to form the picture needed to cast an achievable vision. The size of your vision determines the size of your future, so don't limit yourself, look afar!

In the last writeup, I began to talk briefly on how to partner with the supernatural in achieving our goals. I also mentioned that any goals achieved without the involvement of the supernatural will not give you the ultimate satisfaction. In the world today, a lot of things are happening. In the last writeup, I began to examine the various aspect you should focus your long term goals.
