ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS

In my previous writeup,  I have taken you through the processes involved in setting
 goals and how to set achievable goals. I then continued to explain that goals should be set in the dmensions of growth.i.e. in areas where growths are desired. I have been taking you through a series of ares you must pay attention too for goals settings. You can read the previous writeup to get this insight. However, today, I will be taking you through other aresas where the force of goal setting must be put in place for growth to be actualized.

PHYSICAL AND HEALTH
Health is said to be wealth, you may have planned to be wealthy, to have a good family, to grow spiritually and to do many other great things but refuse to plan your health. You may never get a chance to go on with your plans due to ill-health.

If you can plan for your health, you are invariably making plans to be wealthy. Research has shown that planning your health sounds obnoxious to some people because they think your health isn’t in your control and of cause, which may be true to some extent, but in reality and medically speaking, your lifestyle determines your health hence introduction of the word hygiene.

Your hygiene will determine how healthy you live. A workaholic without a resting plan will soon wear out like an overused machine. An obsessed person with an incontrollable appetite will have health issues; a smoker is at a high health risk. Take care of your body, practice simple good health hygiene and you will live longer than you would have if you don’t.
Physically speaking, appear the way you want to be addressed. Your dressing style tells a lot about you. Dress well, look good. If you do not like your weight, go out, do healthy exercise. All this require planning.
SOCIAL AND MENTAL
you need to plan to develop yourself mentally, plan to participate in programs and activities that would increase your social status and that would increase you mentally. Plan to be social, life isn’t meant to be lived alone, go out of your way to relate with people.
It is important you have a target of what your social interaction with other people would be like. Everybody can’t be your friend the same way everybody can’t be your enemy. Make plans for the kind of relationship you want to have with people, either they will be causal friends, acquaintances or in your inner circle.
Mentally, plan to develop, speak out wisdom and let people desire wisdom that will make you a force to be reckoned with in your field. To get wisdom, plan the kind of books to read, plan to attend seminars and to generally empower yourself, get informed, train your mind by taking time out to think.
